Technological Process Of Hematite Beneficiation

The hematite beneficiation process mainly includes processes such as crushing, grinding, screening and grading. The natural hematite is firstly broken by a PE jaw crusher, and then finely broken by a PEX jaw crusher to crush the particle size to 5~25mm. Then, it is sieved by a circular vibrating screen, and the returned PEX jaw crusher whose particle size does not meet the requirements continues to be crushed. If it meets the requirements, it is sent to the ball mill for grinding. The process is mainly grinding and impact, and the material is ground to 10~300μm. size. After that, according to the speed of sedimentation of the particles in the medium, the materials are divided into different grades by the classifier. The hematite that does not meet the requirements is returned to the ball mill to continue grinding, and the required magnetic separator is sent to the magnetic separator for coarse magnetic separation and fine magnetic separation. The useful mineral is separated from the gangue, and the useful minerals are separated from each other to obtain a beneficiation product. Finally, the final mineral product is obtained by dehydrating and drying the material by a thickener and a dryer.
